The opal is an oval black opal, bezel-set in a plain gold frame, its dark body colour shot through with flashes of blue, violet and green that shift as the pendant moves. Above it, a round old cut diamond of approximately 0.25 carats is bezel-set in white gold, its warm flash sitting neatly above the colour of the opal.
The design is clean and classically elegant, with the two stones stacked vertically connected by a small gold loop to a fine Singapore link chain.
