Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer FREE and insured shipping for your new jewellery purchase. Your item will arrive securely in a beautifully presented gift box, ready for you to open and enjoy. 

Within the UK: We will send your item within 48 hours of receiving payment, by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will let you know when it has been dispatched, after which it will arrive the next working day before 1pm. Please note that a signature will be required.

Europe / International: Please contact us so that we can discuss the best delivery options to securely send your item of jewellery. We will get back to you within a maximum of 24 hours of any enquiry.

Shipping Conditions:

  • We will only ship an item once full payment has been received.

  • The item will be sent within 48 hours following receipt of payment.

  • We will only ship to an address that matches the details of the method of payment used in the purchase.

  • Each item will be fully insured and sent at the risk of the Antique Jewellery Boutique.

  • Your purchase will require a signature on delivery.

  • Please note that there are a number of countries that we are unable to ship to. Please contact us if you are outside of Europe for more information.

  • We are able to ship items Monday to Friday only. Please contact us if it is a shipping emergency!

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Each of our pieces of jewellery is wonderfully unique and we hope that you will love your new purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you can feel assured that we offer a 100% no-quibble, full money back guarantee on each of our items. 

We will accept returned items for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss your exchange or return.

  • Please then return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of the item.

  • Any items purchased between 1st December and the 24th December can be returned up until the 31st January by contacting us with your original purchase receipt.

  • The item must be returned at your expense using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service and should be fully insured to cover its full value.

  • Each item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in order to receive a full refund. Any items that are returned damaged, altered or broken will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

  • Your refund will only be repaid in the same form as your original payment.
