The cross is set throughout with old cut diamonds of approximately 3 carats in total, graded G-I colour and SI clarity, arranged across every arm and point of the eight-pointed form. At the centre, a cluster of old cuts radiates outward, with four larger stones marking the cardinal points of the cross and the arms pavé-set with smaller diamonds between them. The bale above is diamond-set to match, so the piece sparkles from every angle, from every distance.
